We at Fujifilm are pleased that you are interested in taking part in the Ultra-Portable Diagnostics Giveaway Competition (“Competition”). It is important to us that your privacy is protected if you enter the Competition via social media. We will collect, process and use personal data that you provide to us when entering the Competition in accordance with the applicable data protection laws, including in particular the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018.

Collection and Processing of Personal Data
Personal data is only collected via social media if you provide us with this information.
To enter the Competition, you will need to post a photograph of the Ultra-Portable car with ‘#FujifilmUltra’ and ‘DrivingDiagnostics’ on your social media account. The personal data that will therefore be held by Fujifilm will be the username of the social media account you enter the Competition with and the photograph. We will also collect the winners full name, age and address for delivery of prize.
We process the personal data we collect based on your consent for the purpose of administering the Competition or as necessary for the purposes of our legitimate interests such as responding to your enquiries. (Art. 6 (1) (a), (b) and (f) UK GDPR). Furthermore, in connection with the Competition, we are entitled to process and use the personal data of the winner, where you have given consent by entering the competition. The photograph used to enter the competition will be published on our social media page to announce the competition is complete.
You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting the post on your social media before entry of the Competition has closed or after entry has closed by emailing medicalmarketing_uk@fujifilm.com.
We will destroy all personal data collected for the Competition within 30 days of the completion of the Competition.
We may use vendors and/or service providers to assist us with the Competition. All such third parties are subject to strict contractual obligations to comply with our instructions and applicable data protection laws as our processor.
Transfer to Authorities
Any transfer of your personal data to authorities will only occur in accordance with mandatory laws.
Data Security
At Fujifilm we take adequate technical and organisational security measures in order to protect your personal data from being misused and to prevent the loss of your data. Your personal data is saved in a secure operating environment that is not accessible to the public. All personal data provided by you will be transferred in encrypted form in order to prevent misuse of the data by any third party.
Transfer, Export and Processing of the Data Outside the UK
Use by us of Fujifilm group companies or other third parties to assist us in administering the Competition may mean that your personal information is processed outside of the UK. If your personal information is processed in a country that provides a lower standard of legal protection for your personal information than is required under the UK GDPR, we will ensure that, in our contractual arrangements with such Fujifilm group companies or other third parties, your privacy rights are adequately protected by appropriate safeguards, for example, through the use of standard contractual clauses approved by the UK authorities for this purpose.
Other than described herein, no transfer will take place to third parties outside the Fujifilm group of companies.

Please remember to review the privacy policy for any changes, as still being entered into the Competition after any posted revision indicates your consent to our use of your information in accordance with the changed, amended, or updated privacy policy.
